Change your mind? Just send it back - FREE! - We want you to have the right gear for your trip. So if decide you don't want an item or want to exchange it, just email us for a prepaid return slip, slap it on the box and you're done!
- Refunds will be full and include any original shipping charges. So there's no cost to you.
- Items must be returned in unused condition within 60 days of the receipt of the item to receive a refund.
- All items must be in unused conditions with all tags attached and in the original box.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip. Go here to print a packing slip.
- Exchanges will be mailed at no additional cost upon receipt of the original items.
