Luggage
tags are an often over looked travel security accessory. We all know
what they are - little leather or nylon clasps that buckle to your
backpack or bag on which you write your contact information. But they
really are key to locating lost luggage, not only in baggage claim at
airports but also in more casual situations. I once got delayed buying a
snack in Costa Rica only to come out of the shop and find my bus -- the bus which had my pack on top - had already left! It
happens. So take a few luggage tags and make sure your pack is
always just a quick email, text or phone call away by the person that
finds it. |
